Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families with flexible part-time or full-time caseloads. The role combines in-person and remote work to meet client needs.

You will receive strong clinical support, ongoing CEUs, mentorship, and opportunities for internal advancement, with a focus on growth and professional development within BK Behavior.

Qualifications

• MD licensure or eligibility required for Maryland practice.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Deliver remote and in-person services as client needs dictate.
