Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision and parent training, developing language, social, and communication programs and implementing behavior plans. You will work with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective outcomes.

This role offers flexible scheduling with pay per hour, reflecting the BCBA scope and Maryland/region practice. Compensation aligns with hourly rates while supporting quality client service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field required.
• BCBA certification mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision and parent training.
• Coordinate with back office to ensure clear and open communication.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
