Job summary

Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team that prioritizes work-life balance and meaningful clinical work. You will conduct supervision and parent training, while staying connected with back-office staff to ensure clear communication.

We remove administrative burdens, allow you to choose your hours and drive if you want, and focus on cases that fit your skillset and comfort zone. Compensation includes $90–$100 per hour with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision and parent training.
• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
