Job summary

PathPoint is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ethical, person-centered services. The role includes assessment, intervention planning, data analysis, and staff training, with about 2 hours per person per month of services.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams helps support meaningful outcomes for individuals served. The position is available in our North Central Coast and Ventura locations in California, offering a flexible schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human services field is required.
• Current BCBA certification or eligibility under CCR Title 17 is required.
• Active California licensure or eligibility as psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT is acceptable.
• Minimum two years in a human services delivery system with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, intervention planning, data analysis, and progress monitoring.
• Provide staff training and supervision to ensure ethical, evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes.
