Lumino ABA LLC in Sebring, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in the area. You will conduct FBAs and preference assessments, develop and monitor BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate session notes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred, newly certified BCBAs welcome.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).
