Job summary

Lumino ABA LLC in Orlando seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will work in school and home settings, conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and supervise RBTs, while collaborating closely with schools and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred (newly certified welcome).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).

Responsibilities:

• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)
