Storybook ABA in Adelphi, MD is seeking a BCBA to join our team. We offer flexible hours and a software-based workflow that eliminates pen-and-paper tasks, enabling you to focus on meaningful client work.

You will conduct supervision and parent training, coordinate with the back office for clear communication, and develop, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains while creating and refining behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and interdisciplinary teams.
