Job summary

Headway ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a part-time or full-time, on-site/hybrid role. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee ABA therapy, and train staff while collaborating with families to ensure effective parent education and ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Assent-based, child-led ABA approach.
• Experience supervising RBTs and staff.
• Experience conducting FBAs and VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA therapy implementation and supervision of staff.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family education.
• Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
