Job summary

Headway ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a role that can be part-time or full-time. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee ABA therapy, and mentor staff, with collaboration with families for education and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification with board eligibility.
• Active state licensure to practice behavior analysis.
• Assent-based, play-based approach with children.
• Experience with FBAs and skills assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethics.
• Experience developing and monitoring treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and staff.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with teams.
• Excellent documentation and compliance.
