Job summary

Woven Care is seeking a Temporary BCBA in Aurora, CO to cover maternity leave, 30+ hours per week. You’ll design ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support up to 10 clients. Most notes can be completed from home.

Compensation ranges from $78,000 to $105,000 annually, with bilingual clinicians earning +2% and a monthly productivity bonus up to $750. Flexible schedule options apply; opportunity for permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Availability to start as soon as possible and commit through February at 30 or more hours per week.
• BCBA experience welcomed at all levels; compensation aligned to experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide ABA programs that drive outcomes and lead assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and lead parent training and family meetings.
• Maintain a caseload capped at up to 10 clients; notes and indirect tasks can be done from home.
