Job summary

Woven Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and guide ABA programs at our Aurora outpatient practice. You will supervise RBT teams, conduct assessments, and lead parent trainings, while collaborating daily with OT, PT, and SLP colleagues to ensure integrated care for each client.

The role offers a stable, high-impact environment with flexible scheduling options and a clear path for leadership growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in a center-based or outpatient ABA setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide ABA programs to drive real outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor the RBT team with time and structure to do it well.
• Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings.
• Conduct assessments and program reviews.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and SLP for integrated care.
