Developmental & Educational Psychological Services (DEPS) is hiring a licensed or eligible Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a flexible, growth-focused team in Arizona. The role emphasizes family-centered ABA treatment, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with RBTs and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or in progress for consideration.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Licensed or licensure eligible as a Behavior Analyst in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS) for treatment planning.
• Monitor progress and base decisions on data.
• Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation.
• Understand medical necessity criteria and updates.
• Provide family treatment guidance as needed.
• Participate in collaboration and stakeholder meetings.
• Cover direct sessions if needed.
• Meet BACB supervision requirements.
