ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBTs, and conduct functional assessments to improve client outcomes.

The role offers a supportive clinical infrastructure, opportunities for supervision of candidates, and a flexible scheduling environment to balance case load and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
