Job summary

First Day ABA Therapy - Flint, MI is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide services based on ABA for children with autism and related needs. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring client progress with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, state licensure where required, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to determine individual needs and intervention targets.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and family caregivers.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments and treatment details.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and family caregivers to ensure consistent plans.
• Support QAPI initiatives by reviewing treatment fidelity and documentation.
• Adhere to BACB ethical standards and regulations while ensuring client safety.
