Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior analysis techniques and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
