A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst in Anderson, Indiana, to develop and implement ABA therapy programs. Qualifications
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field.
BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days.
Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires).
At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement behavioral assessments and treatment programs.
Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or up to 300 weekly RBT hours.
Train parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
Provide clinical supervision and training of staff.
