Job summary

A leading ABA therapy organization in Indiana is seeking a BCBA to develop and implement behavioral treatment programs. This role involves managing a client caseload, providing training, and ensuring effective communication among caregivers and educational personnel. Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA Certification required.
• At least one year of experience with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Current ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs.
• Oversee a caseload of 8 clients with billing.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment.
