Centria Autism is offering a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position through its Elevate Program. This unique practicum experience supports growth with mentorship and structured milestones, allowing participants to earn supervision hours while delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children and families.

Overview

Are you working toward your BCBA and looking for a practicum experience that actually supports your growth? Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity where you\'ll earn supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours, all while building real clinical experience with children and families. As part of the Elevate team, you’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway, Emerge, Empower, Ascend, with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support.

Compensation: $18-$23 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.

What You’ll Need

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master’s-level ABA program (verified before start date), or a completed master’s degree with enrollment in (or completion of) an ABA course sequence.

• Ability to work full-time, including availability for afternoon and early evening hours
