Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized autism interventions across homes, schools, and community settings. You will assess clients, design behavior plans, and collaborate with speech and occupational therapists, educators, and families.

The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with flexible scheduling between 8 am and 6 pm. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year with health and other benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and COBA/CPR credentials required.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage assessments and design effective behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.
• Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with professionals like speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive client care.
• Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.
