Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and lead one-on-one and group sessions on site.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and a minimum of two years' BCBA experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience or BCBA candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Develop and implement behavioral skills training programs to help children achieve independence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
