As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed
Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support
Develop and implement behavioral skills training programs to help children achieve independence
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Competitive salary: $90 - $100 hourly
