Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team. You will manage a small caseload, oversee treatment plans, and train caregivers across home, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.
• Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
