Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, offers full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children under 5 in Winston-Salem, NC. As a BCBA, you lead in-center treatment delivery and supervise Behavior Technicians within a collaborative team.

This role features a base salary of $90,000-$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonuses (averaging around $1,000/month), and a $10,000 sign-on. Centria emphasizes outcomes, family partnership, and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or in progress of Masters ABA program.
• Experience in early intervention and center-based ABA for children 5 and under.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to supervise technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
