Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Silver Spring, MD location. This position involves creating and implementing therapy based on the Early Start Denver Model, conducting assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, current BCBA certification, and experience with ABA early intervention. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, BCBA certification and Maryland license must be current.
• Experience with ABA early intervention is essential.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver naturalistic therapy to young children ages 2-6.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans.
• Design services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
• Monitor client progress, updating treatment plans and goals.

Skills

Experience with ABA early intervention

Clear professional communication

Fluency with computers and tablets

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
