Job summary

Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of clinicians in Searcy, AR. This role supports children birth through age seven, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

You will work within an early intervention day treatment setting, collaborating with therapists and families to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and developmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education or related field.
• 270 hours of graduate coursework in behavior analysis.
• Certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification.
• Current license to practice in Arkansas.
• One year of successful experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Work with children birth to 7 who are at risk.
• Maintain strong organizational practices and attention to detail.
• Utilize basic computer tools including databases, word processing and spreadsheets.
