Job summary

Directions for Living in Largo, FL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior-analytic assessment, consultation, and intervention for children ages 0–5 in early learning centers and home settings.

You will collaborate with families and school staff, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, and deliver trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate services as part of the First Five Intervention Team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience with young children (0–5) preferred.
• Experience in early learning, preschool, or community-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed behavior analysis and early childhood development.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral observations in centers and home environments.
• Develop and monitor individualized BIPs and social skill programs for ages 0–5.
• Provide trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate interventions supporting emotional regulation and relationships.
• Collaborate with families, staff, classroom consultants, and SMEs to ensure consistent implementation.
• Provide training, modeling, and coaching to staff and families on behavioral strategies.
