Job summary

KIPP North Carolina Public Schools seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support four schools (two in Charlotte, two in Durham) in developing and implementing effective behavior systems. This district-based, contract role involves data-driven assessment, intervention design, staff coaching, and collaboration with IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FBA, BIP design, and MTSS frameworks.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities, including ASD.
• Ability to analyze and interpret behavioral data to inform interventions.
• Experience collaborating with IEP teams and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments in alignment with regulations.
• Analyze behavioral data to identify patterns and inform intervention design.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans aligned to findings.
• Provide MTSS Tier 2-3 support and coaching in classrooms.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and with families and school teams.
