Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout North Carolina. This hybrid role includes in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Eligibility for North Carolina licensure is necessary.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Skills

Active BCBA certification

Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
