Job summary

Autism 360 seeks a BCBA to step into a Director of Learner Services role in Burlington, NC, in-person. This clinical leader will guide a team, mentor RBTs, and shape care quality while maintaining hands-on clinical work.

The position offers rigorous supervisory time, defined caseload expectations, and strong operational support. Compensation includes a base in the six-figure range plus bonuses and benefits, aligned with NC Medicaid and clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC licensure or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong data-driven ABA practice and clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and hold teams accountable while supporting them.
• Full-time, in-person work with leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming for your caseload.
• Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week.
• Oversee service codes per Medicaid, payer and NC state requirements.
• Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Provide clinical feedback and help the team grow professionally.
• Build collaborative relationships with learners' families.
• Establish strong supervision, documentation, and clinical practices.
• Partner with clinic operations on staffing and RBT retention.
• Create a clinic culture focused on accountability, encouragement, and collaboration.
