Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Seattle area. You will design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism and conduct standardized assessments.

We offer $85,000–$95,000 yearly base plus up to $12,000 annual bonus, unlimited PTO, maternity leave, learning stipend, CEUs, full medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with match, plus company laptop/tablet/phone and mileage reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct standardized assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.
