Job summary

Aim Star Learning is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise ABA programs in Maple Valley and Ellensburg, WA. The role focuses on language, social, and adaptive skills development.

You will train parents, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor data for fidelity, and document progress in line with BACB ethics. On-site position with a mission-driven, playful learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in ABA, capable of designing and implementing behavior programs.
• Experience in Parent Education and psychology to support families and generalize skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and crisis prevention expertise.
• Current BCBA certification and alignment with BACB ethics guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and monitor progress and fidelity of ABA programs.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure ethical/regulatory compliance.
• Adjust interventions based on data and progress.
