Job summary

Unclassified is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Wenatchee, WA. The BCBA will conduct assessments, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in ABA or related field, active BCBA, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs.
• Strong assessment and intervention planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze client progress using data-driven methods.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, BCaBAs, and other clinical staff.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing staff training.
• Ensure treatment plans meet ethical and professional standards.
• Participate in client intakes, assessments, and special projects.
• Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements.
