Job summary

True Progress Therapy is a leading ABA provider in New Jersey seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Trenton. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, using data-driven methods to improve outcomes.

As part of our collaborative team, you will supervise BTs, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and stay current with ABA best practices while maintaining BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification with BACB.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
