Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide in-person ABA services for children with autism in Trenton, New Jersey. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and adjust interventions to support meaningful behavior change and daily living skills.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, coach parents, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
