You will manage a caseload of 6–8 clients, write treatment plans, and mentor RBTs. Qualifications

• BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as standing, bending, and lifting 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and ensure clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and intakes independently.
• Mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and families.
