Job summary

Lighthouse ABA in Utah is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians. You will analyze data to guide interventions, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services.

This role requires on-site work in Utah, strong data skills, and adherence to BACB ethics. Travel to client sites may be required to support program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.
• Experience conducting FBAs, designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Data-driven decision making with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians or RBTs; provide training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design evidence-based ABA programs and monitor clinical progress.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians; ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Collect, analyze, and graph data to adjust treatment strategies.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals.
• Participate in team meetings; ensure compliant documentation and ethics.
• Travel locally to home and school settings as needed.
