Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our on-site ABA practice in Hickory, NC. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and work closely with families and our clinical team to drive meaningful progress.

You will conduct assessments, monitor progress with data, and adjust plans as needed while upholding BACB ethical standards and state requirements. A supportive environment and tools are provided to facilitate clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LBA license.
• Experience delivering ABA services.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other care team members.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow BACB ethical standards and state requirements.
