Job summary

Alpaca Health, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an on-site ABA practice in Austin, TX. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care aligned with BACB ethics.

You will collaborate with families and the care team to monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes with strong clinical and communication skills. This role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based practice in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LBA license.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements.
