Job summary

Soar Autism Center is expanding in Maryland, offering a ground-floor opportunity for a Clinical Trainer to shape local operations, learn under leadership, and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on high standards and meaningful impact.

You will be supported by a robust clinical model with focus on early intervention, integrated care, and a play-based ABA approach (ESDM). This role includes extensive onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Maryland license.
• Minimum 3 years as a BCBA.
• Experience in early intervention ABA.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support trainee growth at local centers after centralized training.
• Support RBT competency evaluations.
• Mentor 3–4 case supervisors in clinical decision making.
• Provide weekly billable supervision for first 6 weeks.
• Lead weekly group trainings for new trainees.
• Develop trainees' skills in ESDM and ABA strategies.
• Complete monthly ESDM Fidelity Checks for RBTs.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure supervision compliance.
• Organize quarterly continuing education events.
• Collaborate with Partner Clinician and Center Ops Director on performance.
• Act as clinical leader when Partner Clinician unavailable.
• Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years.
