Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will develop plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with caregivers and payers to ensure high-quality ABA services.

This salaried, exempt role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with strong clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
