Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center in Palmdale, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Program Manager to lead our ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care. In this leadership role you will design and evaluate individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, monitor progress, and support recruitment and training while upholding DV Therapy’s core values.

Strong clinical background and bilingual Spanish are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
