LanceSoft is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Supervisor in Santa Clarita, CA. The role includes supervising clinicians, conducting behavioral assessments, and guiding treatment planning for children with autism spectrum disorder.

You will mentor ABA staff, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with families to implement evidence-based interventions. A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required, with strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA and clinical supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
