The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. The role involves developing plans, supervising technicians, coordinating with caregivers, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certificate as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise implementation.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and training of behavioral technicians.
• Monitor patient progress and update plans monthly.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and collaboration with center leadership.
