Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Torrance, CA, is seeking a BCBA with supervisory skills to lead and mentor a team of Behavior Interventionists and Clinical Supervisors. You will develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families, collaborating with a passionate clinical team focused on growth and client outcomes.

The role involves delivering parent training, maintaining hands-on client care, and mentoring colleagues to advance the ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.
