Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time BCBA supervisor in Long Beach, CA to supervise clinicians, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver parent training. You will collaborate with a passionate team of clinicians dedicated to growth and client outcomes while staying hands-on with client care.

The role welcomes both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors and offers generous compensation and growth opportunities in a purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to support growth.
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
