Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Inglewood, CA is seeking a BCBA leader to supervise clinicians and shape ABA programs. You will mentor staff, develop individualized plans, and deliver parent training while staying hands-on with client care to drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and leadership within a clinician-led organization that values impact and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to support growth.
• Deliver parent training and ongoing support.
• Remain hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
