Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Oxnard, CA is seeking a BCBA supervisor to provide mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors while developing individualized treatment plans for clients and families.

You will collaborate with a passionate clinical team, deliver parent training, stay engaged in hands-on client care, and contribute to a growth‑driven, values‑based organization with strong compensation, benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

The posted salary range reflects our California market and may vary depending on your experience, skills, and location. Final compensation is tailored to each candidate, with adjustments for high-demand regions such as Metro Los Angeles and other areas across California.
