Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA-qualified supervisor in Commerce, CA to lead and mentor Behavior Interventionists and assistant supervisors. You will develop tailored treatment plans and collaborate with a passionate clinical team to support children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on client care, parent training, and growth opportunities within a clinician-led organization that values impact, education, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.

• Up to $6,000 in performance bonuses
• $1,000 CEU stipend for ongoing certification & growth
