Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Corona, CA seeks a qualified Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. This salaried, exempt, full-time role reports to the Group Clinical Manager.

You will assess patient skills, develop plans, supervise technicians, and coach caregivers while ensuring high-quality ABA services and strict HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BACB certification required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence.
• Coach and train behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and payers.
• Document and update treatment plans monthly.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
