Guiding Stars ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs. The role emphasizes mentoring, high-quality ABA services, and collaborative care with families and schools.

The candidate will oversee assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes, while maintaining a balanced caseload and ensuring ethical and payer-compliant practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or eligibility to meet applicable Virginia requirements.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising and mentoring BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs.
• Knowledge of ABA treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and payer requirements.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to complete required background checks and maintain CPR certification.
• Clinical leadership experience and experience with TriCARE/Medicaid/commercial insurance-funded ABA services are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor client progress, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes.
• Provide guidance and consultation on cases.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and medical necessity.
• Support staff onboarding, training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth.
• Promote compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with families, clinicians, schools, and other providers as appropriate.
• Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement and program development.
